Lakes on Eldridge Dolphins

First day of practice: Monday April 20th at LOE. 

LOEST offers practices Monday, Wednesday-Friday for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the LOE Dolphins to offer group practices that challenge and meet each child's personal goals to the best of his/her abilities. For those children desiring individual lessons, we recommend checking the LOEST coaches’ page on the website.

PRACTICE LOCATIONS:

Mondays - Lakes on Eldridge (LOE)

Tuesdays - No practice. 

Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays - Lakes on Eldridge NORTH (LOEN), main pool

REGULAR SEASON PRACTICE TIMES - APRIL 20th to JUNE 12th, 2026

4:25pm to 5:15pm - 13 and Up

5:20pm to 5:55pm – Six and under

6:00pm to 6:40pm – Seven and Eight

6:45pm to 7:25pm -  Nine and 10

7:30pm to 8:15pm - 11 & 12

For inclement weather, our policy will be the same for all three pools:
We will pull the swimmers out of the water (or not let them enter in the first place) and wait 20 minutes if we hear thunder or 30 minutes if we see lightening. If we cancel 3 out of the 5 practices due to weather, we will cancel them all.
