Welcome to the Lakes on Eldridge Dolphins! Registration for new LOEST families is now open! Join the fun! 

It’s important to register early since our team size is again limited this year.  Due to these limitations on our team size, priority will be given as follows:  1.) Returning families 2.) New families from the host neighborhoods of LOE/LOEN/VAL  3.) New families from surrounding neighborhoods  4.) Team transfers from surrounding neighborhoods. Waivers are required from NWAL for team transfers.

The registration process is simple for both new and returning members:

1.  Complete the online registration forms and pay for your swimmer(s) registration and optional swim clinic. Go to www.loedolphins.org to get started.

The registration fees for the 2015 summer season are as follows:

Swimmers 15 years and older - $25 each

Swimmers under 15 years (per family):

·         1st swimmer - $150

·         2nd swimmer - $125

·         3rd swimmer - $100

·         Additional swimmers - free

Pre-Season Swim Clinic/Guppy School (April 20-24, 2014) - $25 per swimmer

2.  If you have a swimmer under the age of 15, your family will be required to complete 7 volunteer “points” this season. Most jobs are worth one point, but some are worth more. A few jobs are reserved for our “new families” and others would likely be better completed by experienced families, but most jobs are suitable for anyone. We will provide you with all the direction you need to complete the tasks! You will need to select your 7 points during the registration process. There are still a few season coordinator jobs that can fulfill your entire volunteer obligation. If you are an NWAL official, or would like to become one, you can select the “NWAL Official” area for your volunteer commitments and choose the meets you are able to work. If you will be a new NWAL official, please email Marcy Knox at [email protected] so she can give you information about the required training.

If all of your swimmers complete their time trials on May 9, your family will need to fulfill only 6 volunteer slots during the season.  Otherwise, your family will need to fulfill 7 volunteer slots. You will still register for the 7 points, then we will adjust the requirement after the time trial meet.

3. If your swimmers are all 15 & over, you will not be required to fulfill a volunteer commitment. However, the system will not let you continue until you have your 7 points selected. Simply select the “15 & Over Families” area as your volunteer points, and you will be able to complete the registration. This option is ONLY for families with no swimmers under the age of 15.

4. If you are interested in Swim Clinic/Guppy School, select that option in the “Products” area of registration. Just select the number of participants from your family in the quantity section and add it to your cart. Swim Clinic is optional.

5. Your portion of the registration process will be complete once your payment is submitted. We will be verifying your volunteer commitments, and if any adjustments need to be made, we will contact you.

ONCE THESE STEPS are completed and verified, we will send an email to let you know you are officially part of our team. At that time, you will have access to your own private account for maintaining your contact information, declaring for swim meets, signing up for volunteer jobs, interactively tracking your kids' times, and much more. If our team size is exceed and we are not able to process your registration, you will receive a full refund from PayPal.
