Good Evening LOEST Volunteers, 

We are about half way through our season, can you believe it?  At tomorrows HOME meet, LOE Pool, we are looking forward to another fun day of competing, volunteering and eating!   Here are just a few reminders:

****NEW**** If you plan on leaving the meet before the end, there will now be a SWIMMER CHECK OUT; in which each swimmer/family will need to check out with our check out volunteer. This volunteer will be located near the volunteer check in tables. This will allow us plenty of time to rebuild our Freestyle Relays (if needed) sooner than later. 

If you are working the the check in tables please arrive at 6:30 am to make sure that you have your swimmer(s) set up and  you are ready to start checking in all our volunteers and swimmers.  

All swimmers need to be signed in between 6:45am - 7:10am. If you are going to be late please text Sarah (713-398-6522) or Kara (713-298-1842) as Mary will not be at tomorrows meet. 

TEAM PARENTS - Please remember to add the stroke that each medley relay swimmer is swimming on their arm.  You can use these abbreviations: FLY for Butterfly, BK for Backstroke, BR for Breaststroke, and FR for Freestyle, example on swimmers arm 8 - BR

We do have a few volunteer slots still available so if you know someone that is still needing to complete their 7 points, please let them know to check in with us at the Volunteer Check In Table.

Lastly, I wanted to personally thank you all your hard work and willingness to volunteer.  

See you all bright and early for some sweet donuts and savory breakfast tacos.
