Dear LOEST Families, 

Tomorrows meet is at the Copperfield Pool located at 7719 Park Falls Dr. Houston, TX 77095.  Please make sure your swimmers are checked in between 6:45 am - 7:10 am.  If you are going to be late please Text Mary (713-301-1014) or Sarah (713-398-6522).  Volunteers that are helping with Sign In Table and Volunteer Check in Table, please make sure you are there at 6:30am.  If you offer to help as a Floater tomorrow, remember that this means you are willing to do any of the volunteer positions during that session, and don't worry we will give you a little training! 

Sadly we've had some volunteers cancel on us last minute; two being first thing in the morning for Meet Set Up.  If you are an early riser and would like to come help us out we would certainly appreciate it, set up begins at 5:45 am sharp!  For other opportunities please check in at the volunteer sign in table to lend a helping hand, this would be a GREAT place for those that don't have enough points to step up!  

Last reminder, if you do not complete the required 7 volunteer points there is a two part penalty: 1. There is a $125 fine that you will be charged & 2. Your child(s) name will be placed at the bottom of the LOEST Swim Team Sign Up for the 2016 swim season, this is critical as we are limited to the number of swimmer we can take, and your children may not make it on the team for next year.  If you have any questions or concerns about this please find any board member to discuss your points.
