Good evening Dolphins!
Please double check the attached entries for the Divisional Meet. Once we exchange these with the other teams tomorrow evening, no changes can be made. If your child is not on here or is not swimming the right events, we need to know ASAP! The coaches did make a few changes to the selected events in an attempt to maximize our team points. If there is a reason why your child needs to swim a certain event and it was shifted, please let Laura ([email protected]) know, and she will communicate it to the coaches. Otherwise, this is it! ANY and ALL CHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5:00 ON WEDNESDAY!

We still have a few key ("crucial!")  volunteer spots to fill, including hospitality, ready bench, tear down, and several team parent slots. If you are able to assist, please email Kara at [email protected]. The website area is locked to changes, but we will happily slot you in if you are available. Please help out if you can. 

I forgot to mention previously that there will not be a traditional concession stand available. Instead there will be several food trucks serving up their goods. A few that are expected are Backyard Grille, Papa John's, Every Bellies, Custom Confections, Kona Ice, Smoothie King, and Orange Leaf. 

Finally, don't forget about the option of purchasing a Divisional t-shirt at the meet on Saturday. They will be printed on site for $20/solids and $24/tie-dye. 

We are looking forward to a great meet on Saturday! Our warm-ups start at 8:00, but you must circle in by 7:10 as usual. Remember to text Mary (713-301-1014) or Sarah (713-398-6522) if you are running late so we know you are on the way. I am attaching maps to help you orient to the location.
