Dear LOEST Families, 

Banquet is tonight!  This is a great chance for all our families to come together to celebrate our amazing season, enjoy delicious food and PLAY!  However we will need a little bit of help:

Banquet Set Up 

     2 x Trophy Set Up - Alphabetizing the trophies & assisting with setting up the "stage" area

     3 x general set up, Pull chairs from our storage closet for extra seating, put out No Parking signs & assist Carrabba's with any need they may have with their set up. 

 

Grounds Keeper - I'm kind of hoping we can all pitch in to assist with this.

    2-3 x volunteers that will be willing to spot check the grounds to make sure trash is being thrown away and the restrooms are checked on through out the event

 

Banquet Clean Up 

    4 x volunteers will be asked to help remove the trash and reline the trash cans. One of these volunteers might be asked to come up the night before trash day and pull the trash cans to the curb.
