Sign Up for Time Trials

Good Morning!

Other than being a little chilly, practice has begun to a great start!  If you pre-ordered caps or ordered suits at the fitting, they are now in and I will be passing them out this evening at practice.

Just a reminder - Time Trials are this Saturday the 7th.  You MUST sign up today by midnight.  Below is the process of signing up your swimmer(s).

  • Go to our website, click on the tab that says SWIM MEETS - Schedule of Meets.  The 1st one listed is Time Trials.
    • Click the icon that looks like a little swimmer
    • To enter the events for your swimmer - you must next select your swimmer.
    • Then to the right of the page, it will say ADD ENTRY.  Click on that link
    • Choose the events your swimmer will swim. For this meet only, your swimmer can swim in as many of the events he/she is ready for.  Thusly, we recommend signing up for any event you plan to swim at any point in the season.
  • Please check in for the meet by 7:10, this allows for time for both teams to warm up and, hopefully, to begin the meet promptly at 8:30.
  • Also, if you have not signed up to volunteer, please do so.  We have quite a few spots still open.  Each family is required to complete 7 (6 if you attend time trials) volunteer slots.  If that requirement is not met, at the end of the season, the family will be charged a fee and will not receive priority registration the following season. As you all know, this a parent run/volunteer event so if we do not have enough volunteers - the meet cannot take place. PLEASE NOTE: Even if you do not attend any meets, you are still required to meet your volunteer requirements.

For our new families - All sorts of concessions (food, drink, candy) will be sold at the meet.  But feel free to bring your own snacks, food and drink.  Be sure to pack a folding chair, sunscreen and more than likely we will need mosquito spray!

We are looking forward to a fun and sunny Saturday.  Feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns you might have.

Thank you -

Mary
