Dear LOEST Families, 

Monday May 9th is our Team Pictures and T-Shirt Pick Up Day!  

From 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm you are invited to come to the LOE pool and pick up your team t-shirt and take our team photo.  We will be using the same new technology we used last year.  For new families what this means is that your child will have his/her photograph taken in front of a green screen then extracted by the photographer to create our team picture.  He will also capture them individually or with siblings for their individual poses also in front of the green screen.   Please anticipate the process taking about 15 - 20 minutes to get shirts and have pictures taken.  To expedite this please have the attached order form completed prior to your arrival. 

As a FREE GIFT to you from the LOE Swim Team you will receive, per family, one 8" x 10" team picture.  This will allow you to purchase those adorable individual poses as a picture, statue, magnets for the grandparents or buttons.  

Team Picture - To ensure a consistent look for the team picture we are asking all swimmer to wear their newly picked up team t-shirt for the team picture.  All swimmers will receive one as part of their registration.  

 Individual Pictures - For your individual poses it is your choice to wear your team suit or team t-shirt.
