Picture Day, 5:30 tonight

We had a fantastic day at time trials. I hope everyone had a fun time and is ready for a great season.
Today is picture day - be sure that your swimmers wear their team suits. Pictures will be taken at the LOE pool beginning at 5:30pm ending at 7:00pm. T-shirt distribution begins at 5:15. As part of your registration fee each family will receive an 8x10 team picture, so please keep that in mind when you are ordering your photos. In order to help expedite the process, I have attached an order form. Please have this filled out PRIOR to arriving at the pool.
In addition to taking photos, if you did not attend time trials you will need to document and hand in your swimmers times. I have attached the form you will need to use and some will be available at the pool as well. We must receive these times by tonight if your child(ren) will be swimming in the meet this weekend.
