Dear Volunteers and Families, 

This weekend we will be swimming against Wortham (10911 Wortham Blvd.) and it is close to home.  If you are still needing volunteer points please make sure to sign up by the end of today, Wednesday May 25th.  We are currently still looking for the following:

2 x Meet Tear Down - Don't worry about needing a truck as for this specfic meet we will have one there. We just need volunteers. 

2 x Ready Bench for second shift (this could be a simple as running the relays to the other end of the pool or double checking to make sure via a list that the right kids are in the right lanes). 

1 x Runner for Second Shift 

6 x Second Shift Timers - please note that if we can not find timers it will hold up the meet until we can find some.  

 

If you are already signed up to volunteer, thank you!  This meet will run just like our previous ones.  If you have any specific questions please feel free to email me.  If you are running late on the morning of the meet please text me at 713-298-1842.  

Check in begins at 6:45 am - 7:15 am, if you are volunteering for volunteer check in or swimmer check in please make sure you are there a few minutes before 6:45am.  

Tent/Team Parents - In case we do not get a volunteers for tear down, we ask that you become responsible for folding up your tents tarp and assisting with the break down of your tents as well. 

Floaters - Remember if you are not assigned a job to do during the meet you will not be given any volunteer points.  We appreciate your willingness.
