Good Evening!

Our biggest meet is a few days away.  The Divisional Meet will be held at Cy-Springs High School, 7909  Fry Road.  We are looking forward to a fun meet.  Below are a few items I wanted to share:

• Set up is inside the school!  No need to bring tents - just chairs
• Standard Concession fare will be sold - everything's $1
• 5 food trucks will be on site: 2 breakfast trucks and 2 lunch options and 1 shaved ice truck.  Prices vary, anywhere from $3 - $8.
• There is seating inside the natatorium but it very limited.  PLEASE only sit if you are watching your swimmer.  More than likely, you will be asked to move if it appears you are "camping" out.
• This is a large, competitive meet.  Please be respectful of the other teams, swimmers and their families.
• When you leave the meet, please clean up your area - any trash or spills.
• This is a Cy-fair high school, their policies apply.  That means the following items are not allowed:
  • Pets
  • Tobacco
  • Alcohol

Once this meet is over, the times will be in the system.  If you qualify for an invitational meet and are planning on attending - you must sign up by midnight on Saturday the 18th.  No exceptions can be made.

Sign up is at 6:45-7:15am.  Warm ups will begin promptly at 7:30.  Please text me if you are running late.
