Each year, the LOEST runs a fall conditioning program.  These are not swim lessons and stroke development is not the focus.  Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool unaided.  There are no meets/competitions and parents have no volunteer commitments.  The cost of the program is $150 and we limit it to 50 participants, ages 5-18.   Open registration will begin today August 17th and will end next Friday the 26th, or when the maximum number of swimmers is reached.  These practices are held at the Lakes on Eldridge North pool.

The program, will run from August 30 through October 27, with sessions each on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week.  The first session will be for ages 5-9 and will run from 5:15pm to 6:00pm.  The 10-18 age group will swim from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.  Registration will be held through our web site: http://loedolphins.swim-team.us.
