Below you will find all the information you will need for Divisionals this weekend. There are also TWO attached files:

Divisionals Information 

Date: Saturday, June 17, 2017 
Swimmer Check In Time: 6:45am - 7:15am 
Meet Start Time: 8:30am 
Location: Cy Ranch High School - 10700 Fry Rd, Cypress, TX 77433
Parking: We have use of the entire parking lot, except for the circle drive, one section that will be zoned off for Papa John’s, and the fire lane.   

Food Options: There will be 10 food trucks with a wide variety of options. We’d like to encourage you to support local businesses and lighten your load!

Team Set Up: We will be set up in the main hallway, when you enter from the pool area, on the right hand side closest to the pool area.  Our set up area will begin by the second column and stretch down to the clock on the wall.  There will be a taped off area and we must stay within that area.   NO AIR MATTRESSES, NO PORTABLE HAMMOCKS, & NO RUNNING DOWN THE HALLWAYS

Team Warm Up Time: Our warm up time is 7:50 - 8:15 am 

Ready Bench Area: Ready Bench area will be down the hallway to the left of the main hallway.  Most of the prep area will be inside (YAY!) with limited benches outside prior to entering the pool area.  NO parents, unless you are a volunteer, will be allowed in the Ready Bench area.

How to Watch your Swimmer: There is a main pool entrance that faces Fry road.  You will be able to enter the pool area from these doors 2 - 3 events prior to your swimmer's event.  Once your swimmer has completed their swim, they will exit the same way they came in, through the ready bench doors, while parents will leave the bleachers and exit to the door on the left - this is on the opposite end from where you entered.  You can meet your swimmer back at the entrance to the main hallway.
