Hello LOEST fam!

Due to continued chemical issues at the LOE pool, we will have to move our end of season party to Monday, June 23rd from its original date of June 16th. Apologies for any scheduling conflicts this may cause. In addition, there will be NO RWB nor Ponderosa practice June 16th, either.

What: End of Season Party

When/NEW DATE: Monday, June 23rd @ 6:30pm

Why: To celebrate all of our swimmers for an outstanding job this season!

Don’t forget to bring your swimsuits!

Also, I received word that photos were coming in this week, I’m confirming that as we speak. If so, I will bring them to Divisionals and hand them out then. I will also bring them to the end of season celebration party. And I have LOTS of lost and found items, I will be bringing those as well to Divisionals. So, if your swimmer has lost something this season, please come check out the lost and found!

And lastly, we are only as strong as our volunteers. If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for a job or two at Divisionals. Keep in mind, shifts are SHORTER, 1st shift covers events 1 - 30, 2nd shift covers events 31 - 66 & the last shift is 67 - 86. As a reminder, families with 9+ volunteer credits will be entered into a drawing for “family swims free” for the 2026 season. Families with 10+ volunteer credits will have their name entered twice. And for those extremely dedicated families with 12+ volunteer credits, their name will be entered THREE times! We still have the following positions open:

🐬Hospitality: need 1, 3rd shift

🐬Ready Bench: need 1 for 2nd shift & 2 for 3rd shift

🐬Runner: need 1 for 1st shift & 2 for 3rd shift

🐬Safety Marshall: need 1 for each shift

🐬Scribe/Timer: need 2 for 3rd shift
