Good afternoon and happy Friday LOEST fam!

Our first AWAY meet is tomorrow Saturday, May 16^th against the Windsong Wavebreakers. Are you ready, Dolphins?! 

Please note the following for tomorrow:

LOCATION:

Windsong Pool Address

PARKING:

• Parking is available for all families across the street at Wilson Elementary. There is additional parking in the back of the school. NO parking in front of the houses in the neighborhood.
• There will be a loading/unloading area in front of the parking lot by the pool.

SET-UP and ARRIVAL:

• Setup will be in the grassy area by the park/tennis courts and the small concrete area by the park.
• NO playing on the playground equipment or tennis courts during the meet per our HOA.
• Coaches may set up in the tent provided on the starter side of the pool. Please bring your own chairs.
• Computer personnel will be set-up at the 2 tables near the roped off covered area near concession area.
• Visitor Warm-ups will begin at 7:45AM

SWIMMERS & VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN:

 6:45 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

If there is an emergency and/or you or your swimmer can’t make it or are arriving late, please send coaches a message via Remind, don't forget to include your swimmer's first AND last name.  For volunteer matters, send Elisa Dean a message at 832.292.8812.  

OTHER HELPFUL INFO:

• Restrooms located as soon as you walk in, on the left behind our check in table and lifeguard room.
• Concessions will be available, breakfast tacos, drinks, snacks and lunch option. Cash, card (via square) and Zelle accepted.

Pack everything up in the car tonight, that will be one less thing to do tomorrow morning. Do not forget to bring goggles and a spare pair just in case, swim cap and sunscreen!

And lastly, Dolphins, let's have a repeat of last week's performance and bring home the DUB!  Let's goooooo Dolphins, show 'em what you're made of!
