Good afternoon LOEST Fam,

Happy time trials eve, who’s ready?! (Apologizing in advance because this is going to be a long message.) I wanted to share some helpful information for tomorrow. The meet will start at 8:30 a.m. Swimmer and volunteer check-in time is from 6:45 - 7:10 a.m. Swimmers not checked in by 7:10 a.m. will be scratched from time trials and will not be allowed to swim.

When you arrive at the LOE pool tomorrow, please check your swimmer(s) in at the Swimmers Sign-In table. At the table you will check off your swimmer’s name indicating that your swimmer is present. Also, grab a marker to write your swimmer’s events on their arm so they know which events they’ll be swimming.

If you’re volunteering, please check-in at the Volunteer table located next to the Swimmers Sign-In table. Be sure to sign in so you receive credit for your shift!

If you and/or your swimmer(s) are running late, please send a Remind message to Coach Amanda with your swimmer’s name, and/or a text to Elisa Dean - Volunteer Coordinator, 832-292-8812, for any volunteer issues.

Concessions will be available for breakfast and early lunch. As far as parking is concerned, please park on the lakeside of the street only.

Also, we’ve been notified that there will be a graduation party going on at the LOE clubhouse at 10 a.m. tomorrow as well, so absolutely NO ONE will be allowed to park in the parking lot (both sides). Only concessions will be allowed temporary access to drop off heavy items.

Swim Meet Rules:

-No parents allowed in ready bench area nor behind starter blocks.

-No photos/videos behind starter blocks.

-Stay outside of roped-off area.

-Female swimmers must wear a one piece swimsuit.

Lastly, don’t forget our spirit night at Soto’s tomorrow any time after 5pm. Can’t wait to see everyone bright and early tomorrow morning and at Soto’s in the evening!!!
