Good evening LOEST fam!

LOEST is currently looking for additional Equipment Managers for the 2025 swim season. Our go-to guy, Chad, has done an AMAZING job (THANK YOU CHAD!) for the last 5+ years but, with his swimmers aging out, we are needing replacements. This job entails setting up and tearing down meets. Must have a truck and able to lift heavy equipment.

At home meets you will be responsible for taking equipment out of the LOE storage closet and helping set up meets. You will have a minimum of 4-5 volunteer meet set up and tear down helpers.

At away meets you will transport tents, tarps and tables from the storage unit across from Kirk Elem. to the opposing team’s pool site.  Again, there will be volunteers helping with the meet set up and tear down.  The equipment is picked up the night before at the storage unit and returned after the meet.

This job would fulfill all volunteer credits for the swim season.
