LOE Dolphin Families,

We are very excited about our first home meet on Saturday against Bridgestone!  Please note the following for Saturday:

Check In: 6:45 AM - 7:10AM

Warmups: 7:45 AM

Parking: Please park on the same side of the street as the LOE Clubhouse.

Concessions: Breakfast will be provided by Shipley’s Donuts and Chick-Fil-A. Lunch will be provided by Chick-Fil-A!  We will also have drinks, snacks and fruit available at our concession stand.Orange Leaf will also be at the meet selling frozen yogurt

Family Fun Night

Our first family fun night is tomorrow night.We will have an altered practice schedule as follows:

4:25 pm -5:00pm - 13 and up Swimmers

5:05 pm - 5:35 pm - 9 -10 & 11 - 12 Swimmers

5:40 pm - 6:10 pm - 8 and Under Swimmers

Pizza will be served at 6:30.

Call for Nominations

We are currently accepting nominations to fill three open Board seats for the next LOEST Board of Directors. We have three Board Members who served multiple terms on the Board who have decided to retire when their terms end at the end of the season.

We are looking for people to fill the role of VP of Volunteers, Secretary (2- Year Position) and Member at Large- Concessions (2- Year Position)

There are many perks of being on the LOE Dolphins Board of Directors, the most important one is the joy you have, knowing you are encouraging and cultivating the love of swimming for children in your community.

Other advantages include:

• No volunteer credit requirements.
• Have input on the inner workings of the LOE Dolphins Swim team. We are always looking for ways to improve the swim team experience for our swimmers.

Each Dolphin Family will have the opportunity to vote for the Board candidates at our End of Season Party on June 17^th. The newly elected officers will start their term on July 15^th.
