Parents,

Our season starts tomorrow at the LOE pool!  Coach Amanda, Coach Sian and Coach Jack are ready to get everyone back in the water. 

Parking at LOE: Parking is only permitted on the side of the street that the pool is located on.  Please make sure you do not park in front of anyone's driveways.

Car tags: Car tags for the LOE and LOEN subdivisions will be passed out at practice on Monday.  Please see our pool monitors to pick up your car tag.

Summer Swim Season Begins - LOE Monday, LOEN Tues/ Weds, VAL Thurs/ Friday

4:25pm to 5:20pm - 13 & Up Swimmers

5:25pm to 5:55pm – 7 & Under Swimmers

6:00pm to 6:40pm – 7*-8 Swimmers (* more difficult practice for 7 year olds)

6:45pm to 7:25pm - 8*-10 Swimmers (* more difficult practice for 8 year olds)

7:30pm to 8:15pm – 11-12 Swimmers

* Age groups may be adjusted to better accommodate all swimmers

T-shirts will be delivered on May 1st so everyone has them for picture day

Team Pictures - May 1st at LOEN.  Please have your child have their picture taken before their practice time.  Everyone should have their swimmers picture taken even if they are not ordering individual pictures in order to have a team picture with the entire team.  1 team picture per family is provided by the LOE swim team.

Swim Merchandise - We will also have our LOE swim merchandise on sale on Tuesday.

Time Trial Swimmer Event Sign up due Monday April 30th - Hip hip hooray we have 92 swimmers registered for time trials already (over half). However, that leaves a lot of swimmers still needing to register. On the swim page home site there is a green "Meet Entry" registration button to select and start registering your swimmer. If you cannot make time trials please also let us know by selecting the "Meet Entry".

Remind - Please go to the website and register for the Remind notifications. We will be using Remind to notify parents of weather conditions that impacts practice.

Facebook - Do you like having reminders from Facebook too not just email.  If so make sure you request to be part of the "LOE Dolphins Swim Team"  It is a closed group so you need to request to be included.

Swimtopia App - If you cannot remember what you registered for as a volunteer or your child to swim, check out the swimtopia app.  It will provide you with a calendar and show the events your swimmers are registered for as well as your volunteer slots.
